Can overseas buyers purchase?
Anyone can buy a home in Spain with an NIE (foreigner identity number) and a Spanish bank account. We coordinate the process with lawyers and the notary.
Do you arrange viewings from abroad?
We arrange private viewings in Spanish or English, in person or by video call.
Do you carry out commissioned searches?
